I wanted to share some clips with other skiers in order to improve my own technique and possibly help others. I love my Concept2 Ski Erg and I think it really helped me improve my fitness, my waistline, and my ability to double pole at the end of the Korte 30km ski race last year (actually 2018).
Coming soon is my first attempt at videos. I customized my Concept2 and I think that being able to get the legs striding is helpful for coordination, muscle memory, and strength. Probably, my technique of setting the wax is not getting much help. But I think the other benefits win out.
